This place is disgusting. Two days in a row cold food and cant even listen to directions on barbecue sauce both times! I don't... think they give reciepts cause I know corporate would fire mgmt. Best tasting thing on my order was the Sprite. Main streetWendy's down bad for that. Too bad I don't have time to drive to the other one on a lunch break. They do an awesome job overthere. Read more

Don't be misled about the time they close by what's on the website. It says 11pm but I walked in at 9:45 and stood at the empty... counter for 10 minutes before someone came out from behind the wall and told me they were closed. They should probably lock thedoors if they're closed I would imagine. The young lady told me the drive through was open but I decided to go to Cookout acrossthe street. It wouldn't have been that big of an issue but some guy had walked out from the kitchen right past me and neverlooked up or said anything. A simple "hey we're closed" would have been nice. Read more
This was the most disgusting and worst restaurant I've ever been in. The staff messed up our orders, the fries were cold,... everything was disgustingly dirty inside the establishment, and it took forever to get our orders after we ordered them. Thehallway to the bathroom had grease on it and was a slipping hazard. The bathroom was unsanitary and I could only hope the grillwas cleaned properly. On another note, their drive-thru was down as well, but that happens. Everything else is unacceptablefrom what one would expect from Wendy's quality. Read more
My experience with their breakfast special was excellent. But when they take it off special they are way over price. I know that... it hard to keep a business going in these times and with no one wanting to work for a living some people are going to be able toafford your prices especially the ones that live on a fixed income. No wonder this Wendys is significantly less busy than the one on Godwin. We pulled up, our order was taken. We receive our... bags of food. My husband goes to ask a question and gets the window shut on him. Not a word was spoken to us at the pickupwindow. Then we get our food - we are missing our dipping sauce for our cold nuggets, have warm and mushy fries, and have nostraw for our drink. Then my coke was flat so I couldn?t even drink it. I understand fast food is stressful and not everythingis easy, but don?t work somewhere customer service based if you don?t want to provide quality service. Eating out is expensiveas is. It?s sad we have to eat poor and cold quality as a result. Do better. Read more
The apple pecan salad was good excellent. Just need to engage with the customer much more quickly.
