I AM LIVID! I ordered a footlong steak and cheese sub. I opened my sandwich and it was mostly peppers and onions. I got half... the amount of steak and was still charged full price for the sandwich. I just walked out of here today not happy with the way my sandwich was made. For starters I'm a previous employee of subway so I... know how meats are portioned and etc. I ordered rotisserie chicken on a 6 inch flatbread. The employee gave me all of maybe 3pieces of the meat. There is a scoop that is used to portion out how much meat goes on the sandwich, she did not utilize thescoop, she basically grabbed a couple pieces and put it in the scoop. Anyways after she took my meat out of the oven, she goesto place it on my flatbread and one piece falls into the tuna. So now I have 2 1/2 pieces of meat on my sandwich. I said to her"That's a little bit of meat, can I have more or something?" She then gets me another scoop worth (this time it's rightlyportioned) and heats it up for me. NOW my sandwich looks like it's supposed to. She finishes my sandwich and goes to ring me up.I know the sandwich is about $5 and I got chips. My total was almost $9, turns out I was charged for extra meat. Instead ofarguing with these ppl or starting a fuss I just paid and left. I'm very disappointed however because I could tell the employeeknew of her wrongs and did not address them rather than ignore the situation or see if her manager was ok with what she hadserved me. The manager or owner of the store was right there and felt that serving 2 pieces of meat to a pregnant woman was ok.ALSO, being a previous employee of subway I know the standards they are supposed to uphold and they did not. I used to work here at this location and I am glad to say that even after I left I still go here often and Pat runs a tight... ship. The store is always clean, the food always fresh, and the service always delightful. I always recommend this Subway to myfriends. I will definitely going here for time to come. Read more
