I gave it an extra star for what this store used to be... I used to come in in the afternoon to night time and everyone was... always so lively and happy. There was this girl with glasses and reddish hair, kinda short, but always bubbly. She'd usuallytake my order and even make it for me. Bonus points to her for being able to say thank you to me in Italian. It's rare when youfind someone who can really connect home with you like that. Anyways, I haven't seen her in a while and now everyone here justlooks absolutely depressed and miserable. So sad to see these kids like that. Wonder what happened. Read more
I ordered a wet cappuccino per the baristas when I told her what I was looking for. When the drink was handed to me it was... definitely a regular cappuccino. I discussed the specifics of what I was told to order with the person at the window and shetook the drink back to remake. When I was handed the second drink it was exactly as the first! Stop here on occasion in the mornings and there always seems to be an issue with either coffee not being brewed or computer... problems. This morning I went thru the drive thru at 5:07am. I ordered a grande Pike. I get to the window to pay and I am toldthat they needed to brew some Pike coffee and asked me if I want a different coffee. Never said anything about this when iordered the Pike. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. It's almost like 5:00 am sneeks up onthem. If you open at 5:00 am you should be ready to serve all coffees that are on the menu and not have customers wait 5minutes while you brew coffee that should have been ready when you opened up.
