Drive thru only open. Ordered mozzarella sticks. Started pulling out with my order to realize they game me ranch sauce not... marinara. Pulled back through....oh we are out of that. Ranch. On mozzarella sticks. Wasted that money definitely wont eat themlike that. Should have said that beforehand. ???? little courtesy goes a long way and this place has 0. I have never had a experience like this before going to sonics this is very shameful, to think this is okay to service drinks to... people in this manner! I would not recommend this location and to know this location is still open servicing people drinks orfood in this manner is disgusting! This was a large slushy and who knows if it did not melt that would have been digested! Iwould not recommend this sonics! Read more
Ordered pretzel and bottled water in drive-thru. They took my order, gave me a total & said please pull around. Sat in line for... 20 mins. Got to window and was told we don?t have anymore pretzels. It was really late and I had a taste for a sonic Oreo cookie shake with extra cookies. Waited in the drive thru for about 15... minutes, gets my shake and heads home. I get all the way home and started eating my shake and noticed there were only crumbs ofOreo cookies. I called the manager and was told to bring it back and he would redo it. It was already past 10pm and I wasapproximately 5 miles away. I was not going to bring it back. At least the manager could have offered a credit for another day.Very disappointed! Read more
First thing, got through the drive thru very quickly and customer service was great. I ordered the Cheeseburger Combo with onion... rings. The Onion rings were good but the burger was ice cold. I live less than a mile away so it's not that it sat for a longtime either. Read more
The food came out cold Is hamburgers and fries And the hamburgers had onions which was not up on the screen screen we ordered... them without tomato but we didn't want onions either. So the very nice lady took it back and she brought food back and it wasstill cold and this time although they took off the onions they didn't take off the tomatoes. And my roll is hard as a rock.
