NO STARS AT ALL - WORST RUBY TUESDAY EVER. We got here at 6pm only 2 other tables sat and not busy at all. Our soda was just... carbonation, the appetizer came out 20 minutes after placed. Our food came out over an HOUR after we ordered and was notcorrect. One steak was over cooked the other steak not cooked enough, they were out of a cut of steak that was supposed to comewith a summer special and told us after we had been waiting for 40 minutes loaded baked potatoes were burnt and dry and not?loaded? the MOD Jimmy on duty was an absolute joke thought it was funny and kept making excuses for the wait he said he calledthe GM and she said he was only able to give a small discount. The food was delicious, even though they were short staffed. The issue was not the food today. My table presented several... coupons. One coupon was for chicken wings. The waitress stated she put the order in but had not had a chance to check thecoupon. After we were done eating she presented us with one check and stated she was working on the other. Fifteen to twentyminutes later we were still waiting for the other check. My friend found her coming out of the kitchen area and asked about thecheck. She stated that the wings we were given were not supported by the coupon and that they needed to be paid for. My friendstated that she, the waitress had made the mistake by not checking the coupon before putting in the order. The conversationescalated to the manager. The manager came out and immediately stated that my friend would have to pay for the wings. Myfriend refused and the manager started walking to the front. My friend asked if he was going to call the police. By that time afew of the staff had congregated near the salad bar and in the dining area where this conversation took place. The staff waslaughing as if they were being entertained. At that point I was even more dissatisfied by the the manager's lack of customerservice skills and horrible leadership. He escalated a situation that was clearly the restaurant's fault into a threat to callthe authorities, all while entertaining not just his staff but a dining room nearly full of customers, for a $16 item. 1st time customer. Happened to me their Ribfest and it was not disappointing. Ribs from my experience has been a Hit then a... Miss. The ribs here were "falling off the bone" tender and tasty. Great sauce. And because I ordered a combo, the shrimp werecrispy but tender on the inside. Not overcooked. A great beverage was their berry lemonade (though you might have to adjust toyour tartness). Waitress was great. The place itself could use a good wash down. Windows, walls, a refreshing. Have you everwalked in a place where it felt sticky, gloomy. But, again, the food was good. Read more
This rating is for server Reese mainly for her attitude. We had a large party and she primarily service our party alone. Not... having additional assistance to at least provide our party the drinks alone would have been helpful. Reese work hard to remainpleasant and keep a smile on her face. In a situations like this no, the evening wasn't perfect, of course there were delays. Ifeel that more assistance could have been given to her bc the location was not busy at all. We were between the lunch & dinnertime. As I noted her attitude/mentality is why I'm giving this location the 5 star rating I have noted. It became hot so the airapparently wasn't working correctly. Miss Reese remained pleasant and she did her best and I hope you value her as an employee.Give that young lady a raise!!!! Especially how most businesses require the tips to be split with the staffing. Read more
