The food is good but in store ordering is slow, I understand it is lunch time but they seem to be understaffed or low energy.... Been waiting 20 minutes at least for an order I did through the app. However the app has great perks and is very easy to use. Read more

I was visiting family in the area, and having never heard of Rally's I was pretty impressed! Just the burger would be a solid 5... stars, but my fries were pretty cold, as if they've been sitting for a while, so I have to take a star off for that. Read more

We usually come here ordering items up to $80 but today we only ordered 3 Sundaes. Lady was holding our order on both hands and... in front of us she sneezed while holding our orders....
