The service to pick up my cake was exceptional!!! The woman told me that the rattle would be under the bow when picked up to... reveal a rattle with thr gender and even offered to help carry it to the car. However, when we got our gender reveal cake tothe event and sliced the cake, the rattle was NOT in the cake...talk about making a sweet moment go sour!! I was beyondembarrased and had to quickly improvise to let the couple know what the gender of their new bundle of joy was! This was my first visit to this bakery. A friend had recommended it to me. I'm very centered around customer service. This... bakery had top-of-the-line customer service. I was greeted by the staff. They explained my options. Provided recommendations andtimelines. I really enjoyed just speaking and learning about the products. I knew nothing about this place until last week. Dawn came into my job with a Red Velvet cake as a courtesy from them. When I... tell you.....AUH-MAZ-ING!???? I absolutely LOVE Red Velvet and this cake, with chocolate chips, we're STILL talking aboutit!???? I was finally able to try other flavors today and I wasn't disappointed. I stopped by this store on a whim after seeing the sign, and i?m so impressed!! The store was adorable and the staff was very... friendly. I ordered 4 cake flavors, but so far I?ve only tasted the Strawberries and Cream cake and its delicious! Very moistand flavorful. The prices were great, and they offer a military discount too! Stopped in this morning with my mom after taking her out to breakfast at a nearby place. Neither of us had ever been inside... Nothing Bundt Cakes. It was very busy, and we were immediately greeted with a big smile by a friendly staff member. All of thestaff that we interacted with were super friendly, patient, and knew the answers to our questions. If you are looking for aGluten Free dessert option- look no further! I was surprised and happy to see a small bundt cake labeled "Gluten Free ChocolateChip Cookie" flavor! Absolutely delicious! Gluten Free baked goods can be tricky; often they are dry and crumbly. This cake wasperfection. My mother got the White Chocolate Raspberry which sounds like an ice cream flavor. She loves it! If they had 6 stars.....they would mostly definitely get it! I first heard of Nothing Bundt Cakes when I was in SC for a family... function and I raved about a cake I was sure my Aunt had baked. Fast forward a few weeks and to say I was excited to see onelocated in Suffolk was a dream come to life! I go at least once a week for my sweet tooth fix. They even offer a militarydiscount and have a punch card for frequent buyers. I took a sampler of Carrot, Lemon, Red Velvet and Chocolate Chip to work andmy co-workers were in awe!!
