Obviously they got a new manager & she was cussing at the employees & staying she was going to cuss the employees that was... coming in the next day. She told one young lady to clean the restroom & that she was going to help her then she turned aroundan told her to let her know when she finish cleaning it to let her know so she can go behind her to see how she cleaned sincesomeone from management was coming the next day. She was so unprofessional in the way she was addressing the store even when itcame to me asking about an item that I had void received she asked that is it & walked away without making sure if everythingwas properly handled or if I still wanted the item in which the other girl did not either. Even after I returned to the car thislady in the other car said this is a ghetto store & she will never come back. I agreed since I was traveling thru. This is seriously one of the most dysfunctional locations in the 7 cities. If you go through the drive thru DO NOT use the... outside lane!! They will literally ignore you while the inside lane keeps moving. Literally faster to leave the outer lane anddrive back around the building to get in an often longer line. Deplorable. Had to make 4 trips back to the counter to get the items we ordered. First, no utensils, no butter, no syrup with... hot cakes. Second, didn?t give me my coffee. Third gave me an apple pie instead of apple fritter. Fourth, didn?t give me my BBQsauce I ask for. Booth was filthy. Corner round booth. Entire back of booth hasn?t been cleaned in weeks. Overall not a great experience. Was on my way to visit my cousin and stopped to get 2 of her kids a happy meal with pokemon... toys. I had seen the advertisements and stopped because the kids collected the cards. I was excited to see there was no line andpulled up to order, only to have no response from an employee. I waited for 1-2 minutes without talking to a crew member andthen pulled out of line thinking the machine wasn't working and then tried the other order line and still didn't get a response.After another 30 seconds someone finally talked over the intercom and was laughing as they told me they would be with me in aminute. After about a minute I put in my order and pulled forward to the window to pay. After I paid for the food anotheremployee walked up to the window and whispered to the drive thru employee. They drive thru employee responded "there are nokids." (at the time I didn't realize they were talking about us). I then pulled forward and collected the food. After reachingmy destination I learned that part of my order was incorrect and the kids did not receive the advertised pokemon toys. Overall awaste of time. Read more
That is the SLOWEST McDonalds I?ve been to in a while. Lots of employees standing around but nothing getting done. The person... that took my order couldn?t count my change correctly so I had to help. All I ordered were nuggets and I stood for almost 25mins waiting. Slow service. Dirty floors, tables, bathrooms, counters, everything was sticky, food or had trash laying around. No napkins in... lobby. No unsweet tea. Sweet tea top was not on container so I didn't drink any of that. Dr Pepper was out of syrup. Flies werein the lobby on tables and chairs. Less than stellar service. We ordered four happy meals, two with apples and two with fries, and all four came with fries. Our... fries were only about half full. I ordered a half sweet and half unsweetened tea, and got an all sweet tea. And you see thepicture of my wife?s burger. Didnt have no fountain drinks or ice tea.. The female at the 1st window was rude. But the 2nd woman was very polite and kind.
