Horrible! Took 45 minutes to get our food with only 2 other tables there. Everyone, including kitchen staff were all crowded... around the bar watching football. We ordered a $20 brisket & pork nachos appetizer without jalapenos. It came loaded with them.(It was clear the waitress took back to the kitchen and just picked them off. Disgusting! But we didn't say anything.) Then therecommended Sampler platter came, had 4 "slices" of beef brisket. First photo shows two were ALL fat! The pulled pork was so drywe had to drown it in sauce. The other order was a beef brisket sandwich, 2nd photo shows the huge pile of fat beside the meatwhere I had to separate it. When the waitress came (finally) to bring our bill, I showed her the piles of fat from both and Iwas going to say something about the appetizer but she took the bill and waived it by and said... I'll give you a discount. Shecame back...our $103. bill had $2.25 taken off. I really wasn't asking for a discount, I wanted to express my concern anddislike. I understand meat has fat, but when you order sliced beef brisket, those slices shouldn't be totally fat! With thelength of time we waited, we counted over 9 different people going in and out of the kitchen, clearly not staff, and coming backout with food. I hope the owner(s) read this. Came tonight and was offered the late night menu because of the time we came okay cool. Food was seasoned well, hot, and she... customer service was impeccable. Ms. Dawn was the best she was engaging, friendly, and just over all a really sweet person.Definitely made this quick late night trip even better. Read more

Very sweet and courteous staff. It was a game day when we went and it was a bit of a wait, but the atmosphere is very welcoming.... Great food. Best burger I have had in awhile. Perfect temperature and tasted amazing!! My girls were so happy with their food aswell. Before I could even get a picture they had taken most of my tater tots off my plate because they loved them so much! Read more

The food here is good.. yes, just good.. but look at the size of my Mac n cheese.. smh it?s ridiculous especially compared to... the amount of potato salad that they gave me.. Do NOT order for pickup. Not sure how dine-in is, but I was forced to pre-pay for what amounted to a kids meal. Ordered the... chicken tender platter with extra white sauce. This is what I got. With one small cup of sauce. My sides amounted to most ofthe food. But if I had wanted that I would've ordered them instead and saved 60%. Anyway, go inside and make sure you get yourmoney's worth. Heading from Petersburg, we stopped @ Mason and OMG!! How about er'thang we ate was good!!! The chicken salad is delicious, the... broccoli salad - delicious, the crab & artichoke dip - delicious, the string beans & collards..OMG...seasoned to perfection.Even the hush puppies and Mac & cheese were good...
