Order placed an hour ago at 540PM. No update on their tracker so I call the store for an update. They said that they haven't... had a delivery driver since 4PM. Why can't you call your customers who are expecting their deliveries? Why even continue toaccept delivery orders? Decent pizza for the price, but absolutely trash customer service. Read more
Pizza is good but the wait is ridiculous because it takes them 15min just to acknowledge you. And THEY DONT USE GLOVES AND THEY... TOUCH YOUR FOOD. Gross. MAJOR HELTH HAZERD. Read more
This was probably the worst experience with a pizza place I had ever had. I am not one to complain but I am floored they get... away with treating their customers this way. I ordered a pizza at 7:18pm, the person who took my order was very rude but Ididn?t think anything of it. I work in service and sometimes people are just having a bad day. They told me the credit cardmachine was down and I had to pay in cash. I said that wasn?t a problem, I could pay cash on delivery. Around 8:20pm I calledagain for the status of my pizza and they told me it?s out for delivery. Around 9pm I call again, TWO HOURS later asking for thestatus of my pizza. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes! Then finally they said you are the next stop. I was a little irritatedbecause it had been two hours, and when I called the second time they said my pizza was out for delivery. So I asked will mypizza be cold because it?s been in the back of a delivery car for 40 minutes. The manager ALEX claims it will not be cold ANDthat in fact it should be piping hot. It is not so now I am upset I have to pay $41 dollars for two cold pizza on a two hourdelivery time, when I tell her I refuse to pay for the pizza she starts yelling at me on the phone and demands I give the pizzaback to the driver. I tipped the driver as it?s not the drivers fault but the manager lied to me time and time again, was rudeand absolutely unprofessional. It was the easiest experience ever ordering over the phone. Whoever the employee that was working was one the nicest people... ever. The food was done in 15 minutes and was extremely good. Get the cheesy bread! The pepperoni pizza was very fresh, hot,delicious, and more pepperoni than I've ever seen. Everyone working at that place deserves a raise! Read more
