I?ve been coming here for a while. The place is beautiful but if you dine - beware of the fruit flies. I would say the food is... overpriced. I always spend $20-$25. Customer service and quality of food is a hit or miss. Some days it?ll be amazing and otherdays you?ll get this. Read more
Expensive, and staff were fine but nothing special. Super comfortable seating, nice atmosphere, and surprisingly good food... (liked the food a LOT more than the coffee). I really appreciated how easy it was to find a seat with an outlet, get the wifipassword, and get to work. Read more
The customer service here is phenomenal. The manager on duty went above and beyond to make sure my order had a hand written note... to be delivered by the Door Dash driver (thank you, as well! so much!) for my family, as I am over 2,300 miles away. I cannotwait to come there for coffee in person the next time I am in Virginia! Thank you again for making my family's day, as a littlekindness goes a long way! Read more
Knotts Coffee company has a very comfortable setting. They are dog friendly and have multiple seating options. I got a hazelnut... latte and a chocolate chip cookie. They serve multiple meal options as well as offer wine and coffee and tea. It is a wonderfulplace to sit and relax. Definitely recommend supporting a local business and trying Knotts Coffee Company. Nicest coffee shop we have visited in the area. Yea, it?s a bit on the pricey side, however, my wife being the... coffee/study/lounge connoisseur that she is, has finally found a place with an inside, empanadas (she grew up in Panama),sandwiches, coffee, abc license, etc, that match the value. If you want a peaceful place where you can sit, read, or study, withgreat people (barista was super kind and friendly), come here. Read more
Knotts Coffee and Company is a new little coffee shop in the Suffolk, VA area. Locally owned and operated, this place brings... the typical coffee and food services a coffee shop usually offers. This place is located in/near an area where local marketsare hosted, a gym, and some apartments. This coffee shop offers gorgeous indoor seating and decent outdoor seating areas. Itis the perfect lounging area for people in the area or people who want to just? lounge. Prices are decent, about what youshould expect for a coffee. Staff is decent, not as helpful, or friendly as Starbucks but still overall able to collect yourorder and take your money. 2* review because the coffee and food just are not anything I would miss and/or crave if I did nothave it. It seems like this place focuses more on being able to support a lounging area and local merchandise than thecoffee/drinks. If I had to do it again, I would only go here if I had no other choice in coffee shops in the area. Read more
Sat inside with my granddaughter. We had fun looking at the decor. I had a mango beer & she had a juice bag. This wasn't my 1st... trip. They make a great coffee & a good orange crush. Ask for 1 of the "adult coffees", yes, that's what I said. I had theirbreakfast empanadas when they 1st opened. They weren't my favorite but they were good. Stopped here for breakfast while in town visiting family. It was very much worth it. I ordered a hot chocolate while my wife had... the gingerbread latte. For food, I chose the sausage egg and cheese empanada while my wife went with avocado toast. Both choiceswere very good. My only small issue was the empanada tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. It was heated up and stilltasted good, but I have to imagine if you get one freshly made it would be even better.
