I went to have lunch, ordered a 4 piece tender meal, extra mash potatoes , got home open my lunch spending 16.00 , folks, this... was the end of their lunch i think , they served me the driest tenders, hard almost no chicken to it at all , all breading..... I work hard for my money , we all do and they serve you left overs .... its not worth the money, ill go to Chick-fil-A ,better service and the chicken is pipin hot with a nice portions .... This morning (8/22/22) I decided I wanted KFC for an early lunch. I knew I wanted to try their Mac 'n Cheese bowl for a second... time. I pull into the drive-thru and ask for the bowl. The woman working the drive-thru tells me, "we don't have any mac andcheese". I said, "ok, give me a second to figure out what else to get". I go with the 3-piece chicken tender combo. When I gotto the window, I paid, and while waiting for my food I knew I needed to ask for hot sauce. She hands me my drink, my bank card,and after a minute or so she hands me my food. I then ask her for the hot sauce. She looked at kinda weird like she didn't wantto give it to me, but she went ahead, looked around and grabbed a few packets. I open my food bag so she can just drop them. Itell her, "thank-you", and all she does is stare at me as she shuts the drive-thru window in face. I was like, well FU too. Ijust drove away shaking my head. I understand that there are a lot of lazy people in the world, and it's hard to find employees,let alone ,GOOD employees, but where is the quality control. Positives; your employees are very nice, polite and courteous. French fries are so good hot or cold (I received hot fries,... arriving home they were cool) Negatives; Popcorn chicken had pieces without meat and slightly spicy however the chicken hadgood taste. Read more
The quality and service at this location is severely lacking. We ordered ahead online with a 6 o?clock pick up time. At 6:20,... they were still standing around and had not fulfilled the order. No one else was in line in front of us or even in therestaurant. I?m talking empty parking lot. Running behind is one thing, but the absolute rudeness when we asked what the holdupwas was apalling. The manager literally said if you don?t like it, you can go somewhere else. While his staff member stoodbehind him filming. Mind you, no one had been the slightest bit rude or aggressive? it was totally bizarre. When we got the mealhome, instead of two mashed potatoes and gravy and a mac n? cheese, there were three cold mac n? cheese. The double potatoes anda Mac is literally the default order on the online platform! So moving forward we will definitely take his advice and gosomewhere else. Read more

They didn't have any chicken ready when I arrived in drive through. I wanted the large basket of chicken and waffles. But then... they said they just pulled out some original chicken. I really wanted the extra crispy, I got that instead. When I arrived homewith my mea,l I only had 2 waffles instead of 4 that was advertised. The chicken was good but the waffles were undercooked andtuff. Also, I didn't receive syrup in my package. I don't think I will get the waffles anymore. Good idea but they need to makesure it's prepared properly. But i will return for the chicken. Sorry KFC i had to be honest. Read more
KFC Suffolk, VA Main Street Terrible!!! Cashier at window very nice and pleasant. Wait time at window 15 minutes after placing... order for crispy 4 piece. From ordering crispy to sorry we don't have crispy wing and breast. Get it together KFC!!! Read more
