I cannot recommend this location at all. I've had poor experience with this IHOP but decided to give it another try. It has not... improved. The manager looked like he wasn't having a good morning. We were sat then waited 15 minutes to be greeted at ourtable. The restaurant wasn't full and I'm aware that service isn't what it used to be but there was a general feeling that theexperience wasn't going to get better. We left without ordering and will scratch this location off our restaurant list for now. Read more

The staff seemed annoyed that we showed up at 7pm. Once we finally got seated, we seemed to get attitude from the waiter when we... asked to have the table wiped off. We ordered our food & drinks, waited about 30+ minutes and they came out to let us know thatany fried food on the menu was unavailable. We came here for dinner around 7:45. We ordered a sampler and a sandwich. The waitress asked if we wanted any condiments for our... sampler. I asked for marinara for our cheese sticks and ranch and honey mustard. The waitress said that she would see if shecould find some? She then came back and said she couldn?t find any ranch or honey mustard because they would be closing soon. Iasked when they closed and she said 10pm. If a restaurant is open till 10, why would you start putting away things yourcustomers need over two hours in advance? Our waitress was nice and had good customer service and was apologetic but we werevery confused as to why they couldn?t find any condiments ? ??? Very strange. It's 11:53 am and my kids waited until now to eat breakfast and we left one Ihop because it was so packed so that is the only... reason I'm going to still eat here. However, the process just from walking in to being seated was absolute GARBAGE... When wewalked in there were two young ladies were talking at the front register WITH THEIR BACKS TURNED TO US. As we stood there theynever turned around to greet us or anything. My wife and I stood there appalled. Another worker came up to them and startedcounting, that wasn't even her responsibility. She said "OK they have 6" and walked away to find us a space. During this processthe two young ladies STILL remained with their back turned and never said a single word to us. Then we were told we can go backas they pushed two tables together because it was 6 of us. One of the tables was completely unclean, had 2 coffee jugs on them,and a bunch of used syrup containers so I said "It's okay, we can go back wait until you guys clean the table". The young ladyasked me what I said and when I repeated it she rolled her eyes as I then walked back towards the lobby. A superior I believewas the manager then walked up to her and I don't think she realized that I was standing right behind her. When she told herthat I said we will wait for the table to be cleaned she stood there then shook her head at what I said and said "really???" asif I said something wrong. It is NOVEMBER. This is flu season and COVID still exists people!! She then told her to just sit ussomewhere else. The young lady then directed us to another two tables. When we got to the table it was another uncleaned tablewith a coffee jug, stains, and small pieces ofpaper which shows us that it wasn't clean. I attatched a picture of that table butat that point because it was the corner we were like whatever but highly dissatisfied. I am now waiting to get my food but thisbeginning was horrible. Ordered a one simple stack of pancakes for curbside pickup. The order said it would be ready at 6:06. Nobody came so I had to go... on at 6:40 to see what was up. They said no order had arrived on their end, despite them confirming that I picked the correctstore on the app. When I finally did get my pancakes they had no butter on them as they do when you order in-store, they didn'tprovide enough syrup (only two tiny cups), and I did not receive any fork/etc. The person at the front desk was very nice butsomething is very wrong with the app or the people working the store. My first time going to IHOP was great but this is mysecond time and it was awful. Very hit or miss. Read more

Me & my husband went to IHop on 10/1/22 & the food was delicious. They were well staffed, our order was taking within minutes... after we sat down. Our food came out fast & it was nice & hot. The staff was very friendly and polite. They did a Great Job... Read more

I took my daughter in for a Sunday father daughter outing. There was only one server. Most of the tables were dirty to some... extent. He found us a spot and hid service was on point. I noticed menu holders at the wait station after we ordered andrealized we didn't receive the current promo menu. My daughter and I were both happy with what we ordered but I felt like I wasleft questioning because we didn't receive the current promo menu page..... Read more
