Pretty disgusting food. I ordered an omelet and It was SO SO greasy! I pushed on it with my fork and grease just puddled up. ... Waitress was sweet but didn?t offer to remove from bill and no time to wait for more food. Disappointing. Read more
I stopped by for a quick bite to eat and some coffee Sunday morning. The cashier was very accommodating and got me my food... quicker than promised. Price was a tad higher than maybe a Waffle House or ihop but I think it?s worth it. Highly recommend thislocation and I want to especially recognize the outstanding customer service. Read more
We just started to order food from huddle house. Really liked their food, 100 times better than IHOP. My orders were never wrong... and the food was always seasoned very well but not salty. I hate salty foods. Love all the options you get as well. However Ihave 1 complaint. The hash brown has been consistently BAD. It was never made right. They always come very soggy, undercooked,lukewarm, pale OR, super greasy, and overcooked, burnt crispy hard AF. Today was the latter. I threw it out. Terrible hash. Iwould recommend skipping hash brown as your sides. Read more
I was introduced to the Huddle House by a friend of mine who raves about their food and hospitality. I decided to give it a try... and was pleasantly pleased by its diner-like atmosphere in downtown Suffolk. The entire restaurant was Covid-compliant! Iordered the chopped steak, mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy with a side of corn, and some Texas toast. The food was good;the service was fast and the waiters were extremely nice and hospitable. The restaurant could use some extra help, because thetwo young servers were micromanaging the 24-hour restaurant as best as they could. I would definitely revisit the Huddle Houseto try their Southern breakfast. Everything on the menu looks delicious. Read more
Great place to open a restaurant! Food was fine, but this is a badly managed restaurant. After a 45 minute wait, the people... that showed up 15 minutes behind us got a table. We were seated shortly thereafter. We then waited 45 minutes for food. Peoplewere ordering food to go which of course affects how long you wait for your food. Plenty of trash outside and flies inside. Skipthis place because you will leave frustrated. Read more
First time at this 24 hour location. Believe we got our drink orders in and then food orders in right around 1am. We would eat... around 45 min. Later. 1 server and 1 cook. HOWEVER! It was WORTH THE WAIT. My friend and mine's food items were expertlycooked and NOTHING was forgotten (which is typical of the Franklin location). The Biscuit that came with my side order wasactually WARM & SOFT/Fluffy! The PANCAKE! Soft AND FLUFFY! This duo is essential to the formula of the Graveyard shift atHuddle House Suffolk. Will be back when I have a past midnight hankering for a great quality meal... With bills to ensure I cantip the Chef as well! Kudos! Read more
