Higher prices, LESS meat, LESS flavor. $19.14 for a large sub combo.
Have had several good experiences at this location in the past, not this time. 8/31/22: Stood at the register for 5 minutes... waiting on employee to complete what they were doing on their phone, until there was a line forming. Placed our order and gottalking until we realized it had been 15 minutes and had not gotten our food,, noticed guest behind us had their food. We askabout it and was treated very rudely but it came out approx 5 minutes later. Once we got home to eat, food was low quality andquantity. I placed my order for an 8:30pm pick up on my way home from work. I think I arrived a few minutes early and my sub was cold? I... placed my order at 6:45 pm. How do you screw up a hot sub? The bread wasn't soft and the pickle I requested? No where to beseen. Firehouse has always been a little pricey but I gladly pay because I want my steamed hook and ladder WITH a pickle!!! First time at this location and the customer service was horrible. I wasn't greeted or spoken to while standing at the register... even after I spoke to the young woman named Anayha who was standing there looking at me behind the register. The entire time Iwas waiting for my food her and another employee were arguing playfully and using porfanity. This was a VERY unprofessionalenvironment and VERY uncomfortable. This is my first time at Firehouse Subs. Location is convenient and can be seen from the road. Clean and well kept location.... Pricy for portion. Purchased 3 medium subs for $25+ and the portions were a bare minimum. In comparison to a sub purchased fromH.... T..... grocery store that uses Boars Head (see photo, both turkey/cheese sandwich. The left is Firehouse Sub medium andthe right is 1/2 of the whole sub of grocery store sub for 6.99) For the price don't recommend unfortunately. Read more
There were 2 people waiting for their food when we walked in and ordered. Ordered at 6:38, didn?t get our food until 7:02.... Almost 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches is insane. One of sandwiches was a create your own, and there were toppings that we didn?task for on the sandwich. Don?t waste your time! No explanation/apology for the wait/reason, but there were 3 workers all makingsubs for online orders. I don?t know why they are taking orders in the store if they make online orders take this much priority. Read more
When they are busy service is sometimes slow but it's worth waiting for because the food is really good. It's a decent place to... eat and prices aren't too bad. The employees are usually pretty helpful and they bring your food to the table. Read more
The order was a painless thing.. the young men preparing the subs nice and worked fast. However for the little Medium... sandwiches we did get..... both combo meals.dri ks .. Sandwich.. and chips...
