I have so many issues with the one in Suffolk. 1st, they don?t prepare your food until you arrive (even when it?s paid for).... They don?t allow you to alter your meal as far as what kind of chicken you want. The attitude of one of the workers is NASTY.She comes off as if you did something to her and she don?t know how to speak to customers. They have made me wait over an hourand an half NUMEROUS TIMES through the app for delivery just to cancel my order and never refund it without me having to go upthere in person to prove I didn?t receive my order after waiting so long for it to be cancelled.
