Hey there My Kitties ???? I've been meaning to write this review for quite sometime now about my recent experience at this... establishment. First off I went there on a Tuesday morning about 2 weeks ago and the drive thru was closed at 6:45 am. No noticeor sign stating that fact, but there was 2 coworkers chatting the drive thru window not acknowledging me at all. "How Rude"....the very next day I gav3 them another chance and was successful in seeing that they were actually open. I ordered a large icedcoffee and 2 large cups of ice and was charged for the cups of ice $2 for them. I had never ever, ever been charged for Ice. Italso hurt that the customer service representative was Quite Rude taking my order at 6:30am. My stance for working in thecustomer service industry has always been to go above and beyond for every customer/ patient you work with. If you are unhappyin a customer service position then Quit. I felt awful being there at that moment. I actually went back the very Next Day andhad Not been Charged for 2 cups of ice . I DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT. I actually placed a dispute on Dunkin Donuts website andstill haven't received a call back Yet. Very Disappointed ???? Read more
Stood at the register for over 5 minutes being completely ignored by both employees. When 1 finally walked up to take my order,... supposedly their frozen coffee machine was down. So happy I don't live there & it's my option for coffee daily. Read more
I'm not sure why they never have the selection of donuts I like... every time I go, they're out of at least 4 or 5 things, which... is the whole reason I visit in the first place. Came by at 6:45 a little last minute, not intentional.. and there was no oneinside. One employee in the parking lot who said they were closed. Well, alright then.. Read more
New crew works faster so you are not waiting in the drive thru lane burning up time during your morning commute. Highly... recommend the hummus/red pepper toast. It's just enough to satisfy you and fill you up without making you feel bloated andoverly full. The red pepper/pesto grilled cheese is also delicious. Read more
love the coffee. tonight's in-store visit not so good. I arrived at 6:00 p.m. they close at 7:00. as the associate approached... the counter after my arrival I greeted her by saying hi how are you no response no greeting from her. her tone was as if Iwas bothering her. I selected two bags of coffee took them to the counter and ordered a cup of hot coffee. she was kind enoughto tell me that I'd have to wait for the coffee to be brewed because she just emptied and cleaned out the canister. no problemfor me as I'm traveling from Florida I was willing to wait for fresh coffee. The drive through was backed up so I went inside. It took over 5 minutes just to be greeted. They were out of donuts at 1130am,... so I ordered a bagel sandwich with a drink. My order number was placed on the screen as complete within 1 minute then clearedhowever it took 20 minutes to get my food. They used the computer to tell corporate how fast they are, however 30 minutes forcoffee and a bagel is completely unacceptable. Read more
Did a mobile order. The moment I walked in this establishment, an employee asked if I had a mobile order. My order was prepped... and the staff, Maquesha & Mary were such an awesome team. They even made sure to ask if I had a straw. The restrooms were insaneclean. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for quick yet friendly service!~ Thank you for having our order made soquickly and correctly (and for those smiles.) Been a long road trip... thank you. If we weren't in a rush we would have loved toenjoy that outdoor seating. Read more
Every morning we get 2 large hot coffees 6 cream 6 sugar AND EVERY MORNING THEY CAN'T EVER GET IT RIGHT! It's 9 out of 10 times... always bitter and either missing the sugar or the cream and some times both! We go there bc it close by but at this point Imiswell just make it at home. Read more
