Wow. I just placed an order for 20 dozen donuts, and let me tell you-it was a great experience. I knew to call a few days in... advance to let them know about the order. When I called, a wonderful employee answered and took down all my info and told me themanager just left, but that she would call that manager, and at the latest, would confirm the order the next day and go over anymore details. Well, the manager called about 15 minutes later on her off time. At that point I commended her on herteam/staff-and she was a pleasure to speak with. I've never had their donuts but once a year I buy a gift card for a birthday present. One year I got the card no problem. The... following year they changed to a gift certificate. And this year only Christmas gift cards available. So the birthday gift had aChristmas gift card. It didn't matter to the birthday person. The three stars are because as expensive as they are they shouldorder more cards and the manager was like take it or leave it. Not cool. Read more
Delicious BUT, wish I could afford to go there more often. I use to make donuts for Farm Fresh, I know what it takes to make... cake donuts, its ashamed that they want over 2.00, dollars each or 21+tax, for 12 little light wt, donuts is a bit much. Adollar seems far.....I'll be back, but not very soon, only when I can spare to give money away. In the mean time I'll make myown. BUT they are the best, just to pricie. Read more
Hot, fresh, melted in my mouth delicious! Doughnuts are made right in front of you, even a cute step stool for kids to watch!... The cinnamon sugar was incredible. The smell was amazing, so amazing I couldn?t even wait to get home to try it. Took one biteand it melted in my mouth! l was the very first customer on August 9th my 13th Anniversary to get doughnuts for my wife and coworkers. They love the hot... and fresh and tasty flavorful doughnuts. All different kinds of flavors. It only took the young lady about 10 minutes to forfill my dozen of different flavorful doughnuts. My wife loves the Maplewood bacon. I didn't get a chance to get to taste one butthat's okay I'll get another chance to very soon. Thanks Duck Doughnuts for making our anniversary awesome. Read more
