Wow. I just placed an order for 20 dozen donuts, and let me tell you-it was a great experience. I knew to call a few days in... advance to let them know about the order. When I called, a wonderful employee answered and took down all my info and told me themanager just left, but that she would call that manager, and at the latest, would confirm the order the next day and go over anymore details. Well, the manager called about 15 minutes later on her off time. At that point I commended her on herteam/staff-and she was a pleasure to speak with. I've never had their donuts but once a year I buy a gift card for a birthday present. One year I got the card no problem. The... following year they changed to a gift certificate. And this year only Christmas gift cards available. So the birthday gift had aChristmas gift card. It didn't matter to the birthday person. Delicious BUT, wish I could afford to go there more often. I use to make donuts for Farm Fresh, I know what it takes to make... cake donuts, its ashamed that they want over 2.00, dollars each or 21+tax, for 12 little light wt, donuts is a bit much. Adollar seems far.....I'll be back, but not very soon, only when I can spare to give money away. In the mean time I'll make myown. BUT they are the best, just to pricie. Read more
