Not impressed with this location. Instore counter order that they deliver to table. Received Polynesia sauce instead of ketchup.... Pulled my larger fries out of the bag to find the box filled to less then would fill a medium. Go to counter to get ketchup andasked to have the rest of my large fries. They get me a new fries that had maybe one more than before. Photo shows what the"fixed" larger fries look like, just Imagine what it was like before. My large coke was filled to within 1.5" of top with ice.This is a 6.5" tall cup. This means 77% of my large drink was ice. Receipt shows I paid for larges not medium or small. TheM-clown place down the street don't short you on fries and drink. Read more
The food was good as always but very disappointed with the interior. A little while back there was a big remodeling where they... added space, but it seems incomplete. The playground has not been fully gotten rid of, so that space is not available foranything but storage, and the other area of the restaurant that was added has just been turned into a staff lounge which isn'treally necessary in a fast food restaurant. 26Sep2022 Third time I've been here in the past few months. Only go when I'm in Suffolk as I live 30 minutes away. Customer... service is good. My one complaint is I pay for the large waffle fries and the box has never been full. I also get a few wafflefries and the rest were small bits. Today was typical and my large waffle fry was definitely a small order in a large box. Read more

Chic fila is always a good decision, this location is always on top of their game...food, fresh, fast, and with great customer... service. Chic fila and add up quickly but it's worth it....The App is great user friendly I use it all the time the points addup and the freebies are great. I love chick-fil-a and how they conduct business. The staff always provides the greatest customer service. Even with the long... line I always have a pleasant experience. When I get food at any of the other surrounding fast food locations I always questionwhy they are so horrible when compared to chick-fil-a. I now refuse to go to any other fast food restaurants located on mainstreet. Read more
This location is such a hit and miss especially when ordering delivery. This is the 3rd time that I have ordered via door dash... and have either been missing something or an issue with portion size. I ordered a large fry and I have attached a copy of what Ireceived. I took the picture as soon as I took the food out of the bag. For the record, the bag was sealed tight so I don'tbelieve the door dasher took any of the fries :) Read more
Great chick fil a with good service. It does get very busy around lunch and dinner so I usually do carry out around those times.... My son loves the mac and cheese. Read more
