This Burger King is incredibly slow. The lobby is not open to customers and it took me 45 mins to get 2 double cheese burger... meals and a kids chicken nugget meal. I would have left and gone somewhere else but once you get in line there is no way to getout of it once your order is placed. Very disappointing.. and to make matters worse my food was cold.. this Burger King has lostmy business.. Read more
I had a terrible experience with this particular burger king!!! Ordered thru the drive through was told to pull over and waited... for over 30mins. When I went to check the status of it, they were completely rude and hadn?t forgotten about it. They ended upcanceling our order?. I am a burger king customer but never going back to this particular Suffolk location. Read more
The workers were so nice, but we ordered breakfast there, and it was really disappointing. Like if sadness could be served for... breakfast. We ordered sausage biscuits, and they were not only flavorless, but so incredibly dry to the point that I wondered ifthey might have been yesterday's food. I also ordered the French toast sticks, and there again, they were super tough on theends and didn't taste like much. The syrup was lovely though. I do think I'll get breakfast from some place else, and only dolunch and dinner at Burger King. They did have a clean bathroom! Read more
Went to burger King at 9:30 to get some food only to be told their closed even though Google and all of their signs say they're... open until 11pm. I ended up waiting for over 15 minutes in the drive thru line because there were cars behind me and everysingle car in front of me got food. There were no signs on any of the doors, windows or drive thru stating they were closedearly. Read more
A total mess....never again. Disgusting. And our food was just thrown in the bag. Everything fell into the bottom of the bag and... all of our sandwiches were smashed. Read more
I'm not sure if this is normal or not but I was asked to stay by the cashier window. Even when the cars in front of me had gone... until the cashier told me I could go. And then I was told to move up to the second window and they gave me my food. I found aTime sticker inside of my burger. And they gave me a half size drink even though I got the combo. Read more
Worst experience ever!!! Waited 15 mins in drive thru ( inside was closed) to pay 10.00 for a combo that the fries were ice... cold, ckn sandwich was cold and burnt ???? ordered sweet tea to get unsweetened ???? Need to close the doors if this is the bestthey can do!!!!! Read more
