We come to Bojangles every time we come down south and my experience at this one was excellent. We came here after another one... we went to had closed the dining room? The woman at the counter (Alandra) was so nice. We took forever and were confused whenordering but she was patient and kind to us. Customer service is terrible! I wonder if any of the supervisor go through the drive-thru! What happened to Welcome to Bojangles... may i take your order? No greeting at the window! Stopped coming here when 2 to 3 days in a row they had no chicken at all. Came back here today they finally have chicken. We... ordered a 12 piece family box. Asked for gravy she gave us a 1/4 cup gravy ...so hard to ask her for anything. I asked for honeyand she gave 3 pcs honey. Customer service - a 2. She sounded like she just didn't wanna be there at all, which was fine but atleast give me more gravy or offer for one we can pay for additional price and extra honey. 3pcs? Do the math. Go somewhere else. Placed an order for six Bo Berry Biscuit via drive thru... After paying, was asked to pull up to the white... line and wait. After 10 minutes a nice young lady brings them out and I drive off. Once home my wife opens the box and, allthe doggone biscuit are sliced in half. Yep three biscuits made to look like six. I called the store manager and she pretendsthat she just can't believe that one of her employees would do that. Yeah right!!! Must be a business practice, so NOW I'mwondering what else will they do to cut corners. This location deserve no stars and the health dept need to shut it down! I went there yesterday and ordered in drive thru when I... pulled up to that window all I could see was nastiest there was not a spot on the floor that wasn?t covered in trash or food andsomething wet! The young lady at the window was nice however she dropped something from her hair into the ice and by reflex sheautomatically put her hands in the ice to pick it out and turned and looked directly at me too see if I saw her and the look ofdisgust I gave her before I pulled off told her exactly what I was thinking !! This has got to be the BEST fast food chicken franchise I have ever dined at!???? Unfortunately, this franchise is only... available in the southern states.???? ?The chicken was freshly cooked, tangy but not spicy, crispy but not crunchy.???????? ?The sides were absolutely delicious! Asked for 1 biscuit. Requested that I get a light biscuit. Cashier confirmed that it would be light. Got home to discover the... darkest hardest biscuit that I've ever gotten from a restaurant. Drove 6 miles back to the store just to hear, "I'm sorry" fromthe manager on duty. When I asked if there was anything that could be offered for my inconvenience and time, was told that Icould get my money back. I was just given a light biscuit to replace the dark one. Even a second biscuit or a drink would havesufficed. Very poor customer service. Please do better. Read more
