I normally don?t complain, but first they have a sign on the drive thru speaker stating they only take exact cash or card. Pull... to the window after sitting at the drive thru mic for 5 minutes with no response and they tell me they can only take cash. I paybecause I?m hungry then I?m told to pull around and wait for another 10 minutes absolutely terrible service from this locationthiught I would give it another chance and still seem to some how screw up FAST food. Suffolk location.. the food is good but service is really slow. Once you finally place order and pay at window. you have to... pull up and wait for order to be brought out.. This has happened every time at this location. Everytime. And its not crowdedso why the wait time...I don't get it.. Read more

Whoever worked on August 23 2022 around 9pm, they need a raise. They cooked the best food I have ever tasted at arbys. They were... very friendly as well. Very amazing customer service! Read more

Employee had difficulty entering the order correctly. At the pick up window gave 1 incorrect item in bag. They had no cups for... snack size shakes. So included large one in order at first (regular price) without mentioning I couldn't have a snack sizeshake. This is most of the issues I had not all of them. Worse experience ever at a fast food restaurant drive-thru!! Read more

I ordered a half pound roast beef sandwich on Friday August 12th at 3pm... Husband ordered the Turkey gyro combo...was told... after we paid they had no turkey and no roast beef... cashier then whispered they had roast beef just takes a while to cook(guess it was too much work for them to do)we switched to chicken, my chicken sandwich was just thrown into the bag , and it was$2.00 dollars less than the roast beef sandwich so they decided to compensate me and give me fries... asked for crinkle friesand they gave me curly fries instead said that it would take 4 minutes to cook the crinkle fries... they never gave me any friesat all...so I called corporate! People there want a job with free money cause they certainly do not have any pride to wanna putin a hard days work for it...no pride in themselves just pure laziness Read more

Management has definitely changed at this location. I went last night and the parking lot was full of cars but once we got... inside there was only one person sitting down eating and about six employees in the back. The young lady that took our order wasincredibly rude and it was very hard to understand her because she clearly was not speaking proper English. We had to ask her torepeat herself a couple of times and she really just seemed like she had an attitude. Once our food was ready they just set itdown on the counter and didn?t announce that our food was ready. The fries were not hot but they were over cooked so they werekind of hard. I ended up breaking a porcelain veneer while eating a fry. As soon as we stepped in the restaurant we almostdecided to turn back around because of the vibe we were given but we continued to eat there anyways. We really should?ve justleft. It?s just nasty inside. It?s always dirty in there, the sauce machines never work, and the drink machines are always grossand sticky. It?ll be a long time before I go back. Read more

First time ordering the new FISH SANDWICH and I would order it again! I'm usually a straight ROAST BEEF sandwich eater at... Arby's, but this one and the Market Sandwiches do not disappoint!! First of all we placed an online order and they took forever. Tell us at the last minute they don't have curly fries. Okay get... the order, the order is wrong. The sandwiches don't have cheese. I call the store and The so called Manager at this particularlocation on night duty is very rude and ignorant. We paid $37 for our order and it wasn't right. Instead of the so calledmanager on duty resolving the issue. She kept hanging up the phone. Asking me what I want her to do? Whoa! Finally after havingto call multiple times from being hung up on, she Offered to replace my meal then said they were closed. Who has time for gameswhen you paid your money? Yeah, I was frustrated because it was the end of the night and the food was thrown together. Pleaseteach your employees to empathize and take ownership when wrong. Not hang up on the customer or not resolve the issue. Maybeyour company should reconsider who you put in a leader position if they are going to make your business and brand look bad. Ifyour ordered something and it was all messed up, you would be upset too. What happened to great customer service? I am sodisappointed. This one on night shift has none. Read more
