Suffolk location.. the food is good but service is really slow. Once you finally place order and pay at window. you have to... pull up and wait for order to be brought out.. Employee had difficulty entering the order correctly. At the pick up window gave 1 incorrect item in bag. They had no cups for... snack size shakes. So included large one in order at first (regular price) without mentioning I couldn't have a snack sizeshake. This is most of the issues I had not all of them. I ordered a half pound roast beef sandwich on Friday August 12th at 3pm... Husband ordered the Turkey gyro combo...was told... after we paid they had no turkey and no roast beef... cashier then whispered they had roast beef just takes a while to cook(guess it was too much work for them to do)we switched to chicken, my chicken sandwich was just thrown into the bag , and it was$2.00 dollars less than the roast beef sandwich so they decided to compensate me and give me fries... asked for crinkle friesand they gave me curly fries instead said that it would take 4 minutes to cook the crinkle fries... they never gave me any friesat all...so I called corporate! People there want a job with free money cause they certainly do not have any pride to wanna putin a hard days work for it...no pride in themselves just pure laziness Read more

I paybecause I?m hungry then I?m told to pull around and wait for another 10 minutes absolutely terrible service from this locationthiught I would give it another chance and still seem to some how screw up FAST food.
