I?m not sure how you can mess up on wings because they?re so simple to cook. Ive given this place two tries. Ordered the same... thing?10 traditional wings old bay. It was as salty as ever and like a drought happened in my mouth. The chicken was SO drythat I could hardly chew it. I couldn?t swallow it, it was so gross and dry, and overcooked. It was SO dry that you couldn?ttaste the chicken. I like wings crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Even the flats were not edible. Do you do doublecook method? Are you cooking wings to order? Something in the process is overcooking the wings and it?s a shame. I?m nevercoming back again unless there?s new cooks or new management.
