I went in and asked if they could order a 10lb (or close) lobster for me. The guy was very nice and seemed interested. Said he... would call Wednesday (3 days later) with info. I gave him my business card and was off. It's now been two weeks with no callback. I'll never return. There is no excuse for lack of communication!!!
