Usually the best in town to get in/out. Just check your order before pulling away. Loose/broken lid and lukewarm.
I hate to be such a negative person but this time Hortons I go to everyday . The staff is great but my orders are not great .... How is it everytime I ask for the same order everyday that my coffee an my husbands coffee is always wrong . I know you are abusy establishment but please slow down an take the time to read orders correctly because I do get tired of having to go back inwith my Order an have it replaced an better yet hve to pay for coffee all Over again an wonder why I don?t want to tip anymore .Get it together for your customers an put yourself in my shoes as a customer would u be happy always having to go back in an geta new order an better yet pay for. Slowly getting back to what your brand was. Hot coffee good eats and fast consistent service.
My favourite Tim?s in town. Morning staff is great always a pleasure to see them. Drive-thru is always quick and coffee always... tastes what ordered. Best iced Capps also. I do have a comment about 1 staff member in the evening she is not the friendliestbut overall I will by pass the Algonquin location and get my coffee there everyday! Read more
This is for the kind lady on the drivethru. I ask for a double cup because arthritis in my hands sometimes spasms and I crush... the cup. Your kind gesture about the little sleeve doesnt help at all. You cited being recycling conscious and this is great,but YOU are serving in a cup that only the lid is recyclable. I can't control my hands, but you could tell your employer toserve coffee in recyclable cups. Have a nice day. Read more
Literally the worst caramel iced coffee I have ever gotten from Tim Hortons. To put that in perspective I travel alot and drink... two Tim Hortons iced coffees a day. So yeah.. Really bad. It was warm and didn't even taste like coffee let alone caramel.Gross. Read more
Told a lady the toilet paper was not in the dispenser but on the toilet. I asked politely if someone could add some new to the... dispenser. A large man brings in toilet paper, but to my surprise he's only added it again to outside the dispenser. I told himthat this wasn't sanitary. He told me to have a nice day as he sat down at a table to chat..not doing the most basic of hisjob. Lazy..very lazy. Read more
