We ordered a plain bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and bacon, a bacon farmers wrap, a chicken bacon ranch wrap with no... tomatoes. We got a plain bagel with butter, a sausage farmers wrap and a chicken bacon ranch wrap with tomatoes. Literally theopposite of what we ordered. And we also waited 10-15 minutes for food that we didn?t order. We were pretty upset that theymessed up on every single item we wanted. There is no communication between the employees whatsoever at this location. I hopethe employees get better training because they need it! Read more

This location is incredibly understaffed and the service is mainly the one to suffer. Drive-thru is like waiting in rush hour... traffic and inside there is nothing available. Wasn't able to order ¾ of the items because there was none, and when I was toldsomething was available I would have to get a refund because there was none to begin with (no communication). This should be awake up call to management but unfortunately I will be avoiding this location. Read more

Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous, so worried about the drive thru, they leave people standing in store. Then they make the... wrong stuff, and look at you like it's your fault....there's a much better location just down the street, don't waste your timehere???????????????????? Read more

It is neat spot to sit down and snack. I tried calling taxi at that Tim Horton's and the taxi went to other Tim Horton's. I... walked in tried asking one of the workers to call me a taxi in that specific spot. She tried calling and seems to be on hold,just gave me the Tim Horton's cordless phone with a deep breath. She seems annoyed. The taxi company hanged up on me with TimHorton's cordless phone. I walked home not satisfied and thinking the taxi company do not like them maybe, or completelyaccidentally hung up on me during my attempt to call taxi. I gave 4 stars for slightly inconvenience experience. Overall wasalmost got five stars. Read more

The staff could be a little bit more accepting of others and some people's disabilities. They can also have a smile on their... face when serving customers and not give snotty attitude. Overall it cause me not to dine in and actually get out of thebuilding and go through drive-thru I would have left all in general but I didn't have time to go to another Tim Hortons. Read more
