I'm never disappointed when I eat here. Food is so delicious and always hot and fresh. Staff is always friendly and efficient;... they take pride in their work. Placed an order at 11:30am for pick up at 12:25pm for lunch for my kids as we were heading to the cottage. Arrived at 12:30pm. ... Ran in quick to grab it as it was paid for. And waited. I waited until 12:50pm. The store was busy and staff were definitelyoverwhelmed but also ignoring customers. Got out to my truck and handed the kids lunch to them. When I got to the bottom ofthe bag realized there was a kids chicken tender missing. Had the fries and the juice box but not the chicken tenders. Had togo back into the store. What should have been a really straightforward interaction and easy issue to resolve was not. I wastold quite rudely I needed the receipt, no problem had that on my phone as it was an online order. Also, again told quite rudelyI needed the bag with all the contents. Are you kidding?? For 2 kids chicken tenders after waiting all that time for an orderthat should have been ready, you want me to go and take the food back from my kids to prove we don?t have it? Go here on Monday for chicken sandwich special. We ordered a couple of the non spicy chicken sandwiches. They were pretty good.... Good size piece of chicken in the sandwich. Quick stop as we were passing Sudbury so it was nice to get our take out in areasonable amount of time. Read more

purchased from this restuarant for our christmas eve dinner after spending $115.00 we had to trash all the food the chicken... had a horrible rotten smell and was dried out our gravy was full of lumps the big marys buns were burnt and half the size frombeing so dried out the only thing that was good was the coleslaw will never visit this location again Read more
