Went during lunch (12pm) waited about 10 mins in drive-thru which is fine. Ordered a poutine and didn?t get napkins? I get it is... lunch rush but forgetting napkins is a super rookie move. Read more
Worst service. They're all not taking care of hygiene plus they're extremely slow. Messed up orders twice.
Paper thin 1/8th meat patty in my burger. They are way thinner now. Left feeling ripped off.

Super fresh and delicious food. Even though we have another A&W closer to our home we always choose to go to this one. The... location is perfect in the New Sudbury shopping area. The store is clean and the food is always fresh. We go there at differenttimes of the day and the food is great all the time. We might need to wait a bit for it to be ready but that?s because they makeit to order. They have accessible entrance and accessible washroom as well as handicapped parking space. They also have a coupleof tables outside that we use during summer. There is a huge parking lot and at the end of the plaza there is an LCBO. It isacross from Silver city (cineplex). Also in the same plaza there is Marshall?s, Best Buy and Toys r us. It is a livelyrestaurant. I highly recommend it. Read more
Love A&W it's amazing! But 10 bucks for 5 Chicken strips? Meal for 3=50+ dollars
