we just stopped by for a burger, and our first try at cheese curds and they were pretty tasty. I think I had the Garage burger... with Cheese curds and me"lady the Beef tips (excellent) with Onion rings. Wash it down with a cold one from the bar and itdoesn't get much better. A quiet day between events when we passed through for lunch and no problem getting seated and servedbut you can just imagine what it would be like with the big bike run in town, pure madness. The town itself was clean and peopletold us that the Town of Deadwood was much more geared for tourists and it's close by so hit that too, but definatly hit Sturgisto see what all the hoopla is about and the Knuckle Saloon for a meal. Best beef tips in South Dakota When Elk creek doesn't marinate the tips. But they're always consistent, so worth the ride.

Love the vibe of this place. It's probably nuts during the rally, but off season, the service and food (huge portions, great... flavors) were amazing. We ate a late lunch there after visiting Deadwood on a rainy Tuesday. I loved the Buffalo-style steakends. Read more
