Food is good, service is usually good. However I'd like to warn customers, if you're getting take out, ALWAYS check your bag to... ensure you have everything you ordered. These kids couldn't care less about their job. Granted, it is Macdonald's, but come on. Ordering took way too long and the kid... kept disappearing. Once I pulled up to the window, there was no one there. Had to wait over five minutes for someone to show upand take my payment. Another five to get stuff that wasn't made properly. Read more

Drive thru lacking terribly in customer service department. When a customer is speaking to you, the least you can do is at least... smile if you don't want to speak. Paid for my order and got no feedback. The 2d window, the young man clearly doesn't want to bethere. Would not acknowledge me at all, not even making eye contact or after I told him to have a nice day. Sure hope is daygets better. Went here today, our card got charged 2 times! The manager was nice and refunded us, which was the only positive part of the... experience! Ordered 3 McDoubles and a junior chicken, one of them made like a mac! We received one double cheeseburger with 2bottom buns, two single cheeseburgers, and a junior chicken with two top buns! We stopped here for lunch as part of a little trip to north bay for our grandkids visit to water parc and amusement... adventure. I would not stop here or even take a meal to go again in the foreseeable future under any circumstance. My wifebrought our young granddaughter to washroom and was met with dirty toilet paper all ove floor and what looked like dry feascesall over toilet seat . I brought my young grandson to washroom and noticed a posted note on door said the washroom sink was notworking. Of course , in the entranceway to both washrooms in the middle in front of both doors was a stand up hand sanitizerstation , which very barely dispersed any solution, I pressed 4 times to get a bit enough for finger tips , low on product??? The dinning room tables not all but most of them were either dirty in very obvious need of cleaning. The chairs at sometables were missing or in disarray from other tables . We landed up eating outside at our vehicle as the filth wasunacceptable. In my own opinion , never again will we be back here. Read more
Don't even bother stopping here. If you're driving through Sturgeon, stop anywhere else, or skip it and wait until you're in... another city with a McDonald's. This location will take an insane amount of time only to still mess-up your order in the end,so just don't even try. However, if you like opening your bag of food and finding a Mystery, this is the place for you! Read more
Extremely slow service at this restaurant and order os correct once in a while. Always check your order if you don't want to be... disappointed by the time you get home. Read more
