The service is quick and friendly. The food we ordered was hot fresh and tasted good.
Incompetent slow seemingly shoveled off the streets. Slow, and steady doesn't always win the race. Tops of coffee never on... correctly. And God forbid you order a donut with frosting... unless you enjoy licking your bag I wouldn't suggest it. Needs tobe shut down and reimagined into something of quality and standards all of which are lacking now. Read more

Although there is always a price to pay for convenience I feel as though if you're striving for efficiency then you may want to... add more people on a shift. I used to go out if my way to come to this particular dunkins because it was the only one inSturbridge that consistently got my order correct. As of lately every single time I've gone it's been incorrect or something ismissing. So I will just go to Cumberlands or McDonald's for my coffee. Read more

Used to be a well run shop but not anymore. Long wait time and several times no one will help you in the drive thru. The last... few times, the staff have been pretty rude. Just went there and they are closed but no sign or anything. Seriously, how hardis it to put up a sign "closed"?! Update! Since the remodel this location is Awesome! Great service, super fast too!
