The pasta was decent. Atmosphere is nice and intimate, but a bit small. The service was good. I was extremely annoyed being... seated next to a dog that was jumping on my chair. There?s no reason for dogs to be inside of restaurants. It?s disgusting andunsanitary. It completely ruined my experience. The tables are really close together and there are only a few tables in therestaurant so there was no where else to sit. This establishment needs to ban dogs unless it?s a service animal. Additionally,the dog owner gave the dog A DRINK OF WATER FROM THE RESTAURANT DRINKING GLASS. Why not ask the server for a disposable cup? Inearly lost my appetite after that. Read more
I'd give it 3.5 if I could. It's in a very nice location and nice inside but felt too much like a bar to me with the really dark... setting. The food didn't take me back to Italy or anything but it's a good representation. The amatriciana was solid and saucewas good but I was hoping the pasta had more bite "al dente". This is a really solid spot if you want to get familiar withtraditional Italian pasta dishes really well. Read more
Uovo has some of, if not the freshest pasta I have had in a long time. They get their pasta freshly imported from Italy every... night and cook each dish one at a time to make sure your meal is hot and ready to eat. I ordered the Cacio e Pepe and it waslike being in the motherland of Italy. Read more
