We just ordered food to be delivered to our condo because we have Covid and the restaurant grabbed the wrong bag and gave it to... the Uber eats delivery driver. We called the restaurant and someone answered ?hello? upon which I asked is this Tender Greens?The kid said ?yeah? so I continued to ask what happened. He said they gave the Uber driver the wrong food and that we could comePick it up. I told him picking it up wasn?t an option (covid) and to I wanted to Find out what the other options were to which Iwas informed there were no other options and they blamed uber eats for grabbing the wrong bag. No ?I?m so sorry? or ?let me makean order on our website and send it to You asap,? nothing. We eat tender greens often but today sealed the deal on ever orderingfrom there again. Food?s good. I?ve eaten in and ordered to-go. Staff could be a little more attentive. Example: I ordered food to-go to eat at an... outside event and had to eat with coffee stirrers like chop sticks because there were no utensils as requested. Read more
Came with my wife's family for her birthday. Food was good but not great. Lots of little hard bits in my harvest salad that... almost broke my teeth. Steak came out one level more well done than requested. E.g. my mother-in-law asked for medium well, andit came out well done, so we asked to have it remade as medium rare, and they just brought out another side of steak for us thatwas medium well. It was my first time having tender greens and I had a good experience. The food seemed fresh and tasted pretty good. The staff... seemed a bit overwhelmed, understandably so since it was a dinner rush, but they knocked it out pretty well. Overall I thinkI?ll be coming back again, probably for an early lunch instead. Read more
Overall, a great experienced. Food was great and staff is attentive. Only gave 4 stars as a first time visitor to this... location, the ordering process and being greeting was a bit out of sorts. It took awhile to be acknowledged to place order but,the staff more then make up for it in their excellent service. Read more
Employees are not well trained on the menu or food allergies. My partner had tomatoes in her salad that were supposed to be... excluded- no big deal. She sent it back with the explanation that she is highly allergic. Rather than remaking the salad, theypicked the tomatoes off the top and brought the same salad back out. There were still tomatoes in the salad and the entire saladhad been tossed with the tomatoes. My partner trusted that her food had been remade and ended up having an allergic reactionafter a couple of bites. Use extreme caution here if you have dietary restrictions. Read more

I?m only giving 2 stars because this place is usually up to par. I made an order through Uber Eats, my drink was missing (can?t... say whether it was the driver or the stores fault) but the salmon was 1/2 raw.
