Sadly shocked by this flavorless and seriously overpriced food.I am equally shocked by the good reviews posted. It was honestly... the worst Thai food I have ever had. Flavorless, overcooked, small portions, overpriced. Such a bummer. Only positive thing tosay os that the service was friendly and the devor was kinda cool Read more
literally so good -- my favorite thai place in the valley (and probably all of LA!) back in March and April, at the beginning of... the pandemic, my family and i would order takeout from different thai restaurants around us to see which one was the best. westopped going to new places after week 4 though because talesai was clearly the best! we're mostly pescatarian which issometimes difficult when ordering out but there are so many options here for veggie and fish eaters and they all are so f*****nggood! (especially the crab noodle!) their veggie pad thai, spring rolls, fried rice and cripy tofu are also really really tastyand pretty hearty as far as veggie dishes go! i also really liked the papaya salad which i tend to always get when going out forthai food, but sometimes find it to be too over-saturated in vinaigrette. at talesai, the ratio of salad to dressing was perfectand never too much. garlic chicken is also good (i splurged and ordered some meat...when in Rome!!). anyways, will always comeback here, the food is so so good and it's a valley institution. Easily some of the most delicious thai food you will ever have! Family-owned restaurant with super friendly service as well. You... can tell the owners and staff are really passionate about what they do. The food is incredibly flavorful and made to order. Myfavorites are the red devil, crab fried rice, and tom yum, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Can't getenough of Talesai! Read more

Rather mediocre Thai food, and quite expensive for what you get. Braised short ribs in drunken noodles were an additional $10... and there were only 4 pieces. Read more
