Rude Mgr. Asked if she could change her gloves as she was pulling out jalapeños and pepercucci out of a bag by hand full. ... Then was gonna continue to make my sandwich. Didn't want my food to taste or smell like what she was handling, asked repeatedlyas she continued to ignore us , she then just walked away to the back not even making eye contact.( J. We went there to buy subway, and my kid needs to go bathroom very badly, the employee refused to let my kid to use it, saying it... is only for employees, very inhumane! When we asked her to wrap the half of footlong subway separately, she said she wrapped italready and said I should have told her earlier very impatiently. Seeing there was no customer behind me and it was not a hassleto rewrap, I insisted. Overall, very bad customer service, won?t come back again! Read more

So I came to get 1 sandwich made and these ladies took the longest there?s was one working in the back and she wasn?t doing much... and mind you there?s no one in yet and then a few moment later another customer comes in he gets 2 sandwiches and mine is yet toget done they stop making mine to make his and instead of putting mine to toast it?s just sitting there and now the other ladycomes to help and instead of helping with my sandwich she starts working on the other two sandwiches and now the guy is donepays for his sandwiches and I?m still waiting. These ladies need to get trained better there was no one in when I came and it isunfair that I only have so much time to eat and they used it all up. This is a good Subway location with the perk of being open 24 hours. However, be warned that they sometimes reuse unsold and... stale Macadamia and other "not as popular cookies" the next day for more profit. I would highly advise anyone against buying anycookies OTHER THAN Chocolate Chip, which seem to be baked daily. I believe they make several batches a day of the chocolatechip, one in the early morning (1-2 AM) and another around midday (1-2pm) so they are always fairly fresh. Can't say that forthe other cookie types that are not as popular and so I would AVOID them. Overall a great location except for this unpleasantexperience with the Macadamia cookies. Read more
