Food is good, my only complaint is that they are never staffed enough. Every time I visit, there is a wait. They only have two... people working and they are scrambling to get all the orders, stock up ingredients and ring up customers. They do a great job,but they need help hiring asap. Read more
Very bad customer service. Place opens up at 8. I come at 9ish and had never left in less than 15-20 min. Every time employee is... doing something. Anything g but help people. No customers in restaurant. I wait and wait. Worker is fidgeting with watermachine or toaster or microwave. No regard to customers. Not coming back there. Read more
It's been a very long time since I've had Subway and on a whim I stopped by my local shop. This place had great customer service... and the presentation of my order felt as though it was from a mom and pop deli which was a delightful experience. Read more

Horrible service, the lady with all tattoos gets annoyed by larger orders. This is the 2nd straight time I go in there and she... rolls her eyes at me during me order. Waited 10 minutes. No one was present at counter. Younger lady eventually comes out halfway from the backside and asks if I been... waiting long. I told her 10 mins and was about to order, then she said no that I couldn't have been waiting that long. I toldher again, I have, and she kept insisting that it was impossible. So I told her that I'm leaving, and told her she was rude. Iwasn't blaming anyone and never told her it was her fault. But her attitude towards me was unacceptable and inappropriate. So Ileft and I don't wish anything bad on anyone or the business. But what kind of place is suppose to serve food without properpersonal to take care of a customer? Time was 7:45pm on a Thursday evening. After have gone down the street to another subway, Icome pass by to this same one and still again. No one there. Which means it looks like the place is closed. First they did not ask if I want it roasted, second they did not offer any drink, go some other subway.
