I had been here years ago and it was a wonderful experience. This year we were celebrating my husband's birthday we made a... reservation beforehand and when we showed up the whole place was booked for a big party. They tried to place us in a differentroom but the roof was open and it was incredibly cold. I asked to change our seating and they placed us in the cantina nextdoor. We made reservations because we wanted that restaurant's ambiance, the cantina was nice but it was very casual and that'snot what we wanted. We ordered a Branzino and a Short Rib Lasagna both were bad. The Branzino was a very thin filet over a bedof vegetables. The vegetables seemed to come from the frozen section of your local supermarket, the dish was $45 it wasdefinitely not worth it because I could have made that at home. The Short Rib Lasagna was not a good idea because the Short Ribwas hard and not delicate. The menu stated it was hand made Lasagna but it tasted like store bought pasta. The whole meal was$130. It was incredibly disappointing for a meal that could have been created at home. The food integrity and customer servicehas severely suffered over the years. Read more
Great thing you have two restaurants in one on one side is Italian. Another is Mexican. You can order from both which makes it... unique. Both menus are very good. Food quality better than good, but I would not go to excellence. Pricey, but not over theboard . Service above average. Would go there again. Read more

I took my buyer client out for dinner to celebrate the closing purchase of his new home in Sherman Oaks! This is by far the best... Italian restaurant we've been to in Studio City!The waiters are super nice and professional. Planning to go through the entiremenu. I ended up ordering the chopped salad and the salmon plate for dinner and it was absolutely Excellent! I have photos ofthe deserts we ordered which was also amazing!! Amazing food and service! The Risottos are the best we have ever had! A perfect and so flavorful Rib Eye Steak! And for... desert, try the Banana Napoleon: puffed pastry, home made vanilla ice cream, bananas, and a warm brown sugar caramel sauce...Fabulous!!!!
