This plaza really is a nice little area to just relax and get something to eat & drink or even to do some grocery shopping. It... has such an interesting layout and design that when you're in the middle of the center, you don't feel like you're smack dab inthe middle of LA even tho that's exactly where you are. Having been to several different shopping centers in that same area andnearby Studio City I can say with full confidence that this is 100% the nicest shopping center northeast of Century City!! I hadn't been to Jamba Juice in a while until few days ago. I couldn't find the juice I used to order. The one I finally... ordered kinda looked similar but tasted different. Also before I would enter phone number to get points. Now I'm required touse the app. The service was ok and could've been better. Still giving 5 stars for trying to be better. Read more
Overall this location does a great job at getting my order correct. I have had a couple of experiences where the employees have... been rude but for the most part majority of the team has a good attitude. Today I was told by an employee to download their newapp, but after downloading and intending to get points for my purchase today, the app prompted that it will not be live untilthe end of June. I was very pleased with my many visits to this particular Jamba juice in studio City. usually there is a line, similar to that a... Starbucks witches next door, but they are quite efficient, the store is very clean- and I would like to give kudos to the youngadults that run the store on a daily basis. Not only are there drinks tasty, but you have got to try one of those waffles for abreakfast treat. Read more
Nice employees but there are some very creepy individuals lurking outside the establishment. This used to be my family?s... favorite place to bring our children on a Saturday morning, but now we go to a different Jamba Juice because these weird peoplehanging out outside who aren?t customers are very scary looking homeless and/or mentally ill individuals.
