I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese which was only 3 dollars. I had given ten and I only got 1 dollar and few dents after... I told them I needed more change they lied and told me I gave a 5 dollar bill when I gave a 10. Horrible in studio city. Read more
This used to be an acceptable bagel. Not anymore. Now it's just white bread in the shape of a bagel. If you like Western Bagels... you'll love this. if you're looking for a real New York style water bagel, look elsewhere. Read more
This place is dirty! Tiles on ceiling are stained, walls and vents need cleaning. Very poor appearance looks like the owner... doesn?t want to spend money on making the place look nice & clean. Very disappointed because we have been to other Einsteinsthat are very clean and well maintained. Read more
I?m not sure whose running the show but this location doesn?t even show in the app so ordering in advance is out of the question... and when my friend tried to make a purchase using a gift card I sent to him they didn?t seem to know how to process it. He hadto repeatedly tell them to try the card number and when it worked the guy behind the counter seemed surprised. Read more
