Was late and didn't want to cook so I decided to order from here since I only had 10 min left before everything closed and they... had what seemed like a deceptively overall 4 stars on google. Got there and on the way in a lady outside told me not to eatthere its disgusting. So wile waiting I actually started read the reviews on my phone and almost all were horror stories, nastyfood, nasty service even band aids in food so I am not sure how they rated 4 stars on the heading to the profile and also oddthat the few good reviews seem fake and not legit. After reading so many awful reviews one after another I got grossed out andjust left but the lady called me a few minutes later to say my food was ready and I said I,m sorry but I am smart enough tolearn from other peoples mistakes and if you look on your profile online you should address it and try and correct the issuespeople are having. My mom used to say ten thousand Frenchmen cant be wrong (meaning so many people cannot all be lying). I toldher to look at her google reviews that they are literally nightmares that I would hope she would want to remedy. I dont thinkshe understood me @ all, I could certainly not understand her in the least (no offense just honesty). But IMHO if you gonna comehere and start a business @ least have the respect to run a clean decent operation and learn the language enough so you cancommunicate with the people. To me along with all the bad reviews this says a lot and glad I didn't try it and take the risk. Read more
Has gotten really bad. Much better Chinese restaurants in the area. Very poor customer service.
Sad no taste, no spice, no condiments. Strange Pork Fried Rice, No vegetables in meal just cooked lettuce. Tried to communicate... she said No No....hahaha Read more
We ordered takeout and ordered 4 plates of food. We picked up and got home and we only had three plates of food. We went back to... get our fourth plate along with the receipt stating that we had an order for 4 plates. The lady at the register screamed at usand stated that we needed to pay for our food that was missing in order to get it. Even though we stated that we had alreadypaid for it in the first place. She basically called us liars and wouldn?t give us the plate of food that we were missing unlesswe paid. Horrible customer service and they ripped us off. Please do not go here. Read more
The food is amazing and always fresh. Delicious .we travel 25 minutes to order and pick up and drive back home. Food is still... hot when we get back home from Wok n Roll. It is worth the drive. Definitely make this your go to spot. Read more
Foods ok... lady that runs this place is a crook though. Charges whatever she wants when you want something different, one time... i go it's plus 2 bucks, another time plus 5. And makes sure she staples your bag shut before you get your food so you don't tearit open and double check. I've ordered here a dozen times in the last 3 months and this was the last time. Always over chargingand never getting what is ordered... no more from here, the place in the Wynn Dixie shopping center is way better.... andthey're a lot nicer... Read more
