Completely filthy. Every surface from the tables to the counter where you order to the condiment bar was covered with sticky... film. The tables and chairs were also not cleaned in any way. i usually just get a frosty here. the food is usually decent but ive had it sub par a couple of times. staff is usually decent... too, but i literally had one time a whiiiiile ago where a guy took a really long time to take my order cause he was high AF. notlike just to get over to me, but he was standing in front of me catching Z's in between me saying items lmao. i like the sodamachines here cause they have hella options and are cool/futuristic but sometimes the screen is a lil unresponsive (but theyhave ginger ale !!) update: may 20 the baconator, for the price it was, was tiny. very disappointing update: june 21 breakfastbaconator was decent. still not happy with other occasions of going here so the score will not change yet update: july x itappears to me that this place just isnt up to it. everytime i go in here the service is exceptionally slow. its like they arenteven trying. Our food was great. But dirty tables and floor. Worker was on break sitting right nxt to a "wet floor cover" beside sauce and... fries smushed on floor. That whole eating section couldn't be used! Then another worker (probably on break?)came and sat closeby also ignoring what needed to be cleaned. Read more
Would give zero stars if I could!!! VERY RUDE STAFF. I came here with my family to enjoy some lunch and I was standing in line... trying to figure out what I wanted to get for my family and I while the cashier told me ?hurry up we don?t have all day? I thenasked for the manger and it was even worse!! I told the manger how I didn?t like being talked to like that and then he proceededto say ?then go get services somewhere else? I ended up just taking my food anyways after I payed for it then I got up and askedfor some bbq and he basically chugged it at me! NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I enjoy coming to this location often because of the great customer service that I receive. My food order is always fast, fresh,... and correct. The inside of the establishment is always very clean and I have found the staff equally as friendly when goingthrough the drive-thru compared to a dining in. Read more
