The bad reviews are rare occasions and damaging to the reputation and effort of the good employees they?ve managed to find and... retain. I am a contractor and come to this location every morning for a smoothie and almost daily for lunch. I?ve never had abad smoothie or a bad sandwhich, bowl, etc. staff are friendly and half remember my name and order. Great convenient stop.Don?t be shy. Read more

So I went to buy a sandwich from this location and when I was about to use that self service screen on the left in front the... kitchen or food counter I was very surprised and shock that a roach came out I was like I can't believe it,this's a brand newgas station store no joke but they need a exterminator already to kill those insects because just like me others customers willbe disappointed. Did a mobile order on my way to work. I was told it would be ready at 8:55am. I show up at roughly 8:51am expecting to wait just... a little. 8:55 comes and goes and nothing is ready. I'm watching everyone order their food after I've been there waiting andreceive their food ahead of me. At 9:07 I decide to finally ask where my food was and the employees acted like I never orderedanything. I showed them my app and the order confirmation and they push the blame on the front cashier's for not sayinganything. So I had to wait another 7 mins for my food to be made. Instead of immediately starting my order, they continued tocomplete the task at hand. 3 other employees were coming out of the refrigerator just laughing like nothing is wrong. Theirneeds to some serious management correction for this location. There is no sense of urgency in anything that they do. Yes I didend up late for work because of this even when I gave my self a 15 min buffer for making a stop on the way. Read more
