Lovely staff members. They require you to go outside if you are eating or drinking there. This has the advantage of keeping... the business clear of tutoring sessions, which I know are necessary, but which take up full tables for 2 people for hours. Nicething to do, but it ties up the business. They have free rooms at the library for this activity if it cannot be done at home. Iknow this sounds mean, but it is a business for customers, not an outreach for tutoring. The drinks are usually good, but a bitstrong and that means you use more sweetener. Read more

It's unfair to rate them fully due to we didn't get anything to eat or drink from there. My 4 star rating is solely from the... dining area cleanliness and the tightiness from where we got our beverages (Slurpee and Soda machines). Now I'm really unsureas to who's responsibility it is, Pizza Hut Express or Starbucks for each of those thing's, but both were in need of attentionfor sure! The Slurpee and Soda machines had a garbage can so literally over flowing with napkins and drink straw wrappers itwas very unsightly, especially while trying to enjoy our Pizza's! Also there was no salt or pepper packets, none at all withthe napkins and Parmesan cheese packets, but the other was stocked full. As for the tables, there were several to choose from,yet many were in need of wiping, again not sure who's responsibility that was either but almost every table needsd to becleaned. Starbucks had a very long line while we were trying to eat. It was alittle unnerving having people looking at youeating while they waited for thier coffee. Read more
