The service was so slow. I went inside to make sure they got my order right.. 10 minute wait to take my order and 20 min. to... fill it. I asked if the beignets were in the bag and she pointed to one of the boxes. I asked if the apple pie was in there andshe had to turn around and get one. Popeyes food is always fantastic. Unfortunately this restaurant is not very well managed. The Coke machine is out of almost... everything. When I walked up to the counter I watched the guy reading from his phone for a few minutes before he looked up andrealized he had a customer. When I went to the bathroom there was another employee in their reading his cell phone also. Heclearly have not washed his hands and the towel dispenser was out of towels. I Love when I go to buy chicken it is so crispy!!!! Sometimes it's not crispy!!???????????????? it still be good, they should... use the not crispy chicken for something else. This review only refers to the Kanner Highway location in Stuart, Florida. Generally, I love Popeyes Kitchen. This location is... understaffed with teenagers who don't take their work seriously. My online order, not only wasn't ready when I arrived at thespecified time, it couldn't be found. They had to look at my cellphone to see what I ordered. The chicken was not up to theusual standard and the fries were soggy. I will avoid this location in the future. Too bad. Read more
