Ordered a pizza at 5:00pm. Promised delivery in 45 min. No show 1 hr 30 min later. Absolutely no help by store manager when... contacted by telephone.."its out for delivery. with 2 other pizzas. Absolutely no help ... WILL NEVER order from this storeagain. We have tried before...same poor service. Read more
The absolute worse service I have ever experienced anywhere. Our order was over 2 hours past time of ordering when the Manager... cancelled my order (that was ?supposed? to be on the way) without telling us at all and was extremely extremely rude &condescending when I called to ask where my food was. NEVER EVER TIP IN ADVANCE FOR THIS REASON! I gave food 4 star BC food not issue. This last time I did carry out they left out 1... topping on my 3 topping pizza NOT MY ERROR I have my receipt. I had to tell the girl to please give me my wings I was onlyhanded a pizza. NOT the first time this store messed up my order. First time I ordered $50 worth of food driver arrives ALREADYLATE with someone else's ORDER. Called store asked for full refund. He REFUSED COMPLETELY TO DO REFUND OR CREDIT ME HE BASICALLYSAID TOO BAD NOT OUR PROB. I had to fight him just to get a lousy $10 expiring store credit. Driver comes back now they forgotsoda mind u now its been 1.5hr past my delivery time. NOT 10MIN LATE OVER 1HR. Very unfair they offer NOTHING AT ALL tocompensate for there incompetence. YOU MNGRS NEED TO COME UP WITH A BETTER WAY TO CREDIT CUSTOMERS FOR EMPLOYEE ERRORS. I shldhave had a full refund especially BC I wasn't trying to keep ANY food! Customers want what they pay for so if your gona providehalf a$$ service you should give us at least HALF 50% of our money back. I got the felling that the employee just didn't want to take my order even when they repeated it to me with 2 different people??... and before that they hung up on me like 2or 3 times too which I think is rude . unlike the other papa John's that are nice andrespectful and I do love me some papa John's pizza ,but unfortunately because of this and I had to order from dominos just tofeed my crew who was working outside fixing the power lines all day .And the sad thing is they was only five minutes away .Ijust couldn't leave because of safety issues. This isn't my first time ordering from this Papa Johns. Usually there is ver great customer service over the phone, today on the... other hand, this worker decided to be relatively harsh. While asking for a medium 2 topping pizza i kept getting cut off, andthere was a clear tone of annoyance when I went to repeat myself. Other than this one coworker, who relatively made me veryannoyed, this Papa Johns always has some relatively good food, and even better pizza.
