I?m leaving 5 stars for WENDI! She made our night the best it could be. She is a genuine server at heart seeking to please the... person spending money and tipping her and she truly treated my family and I like we were her family! I?m not a fan of Outbackand would have preferred going elsewhere but my mom wanted a bloomin onion for her birthday. I hate going out to eat in generalbecause service stinks these days (and so does the quality of food) but Wendi cared about us having a good time. I rarely leave bad reviews but this restaurant was slow and food not cooked to order. Our waitress was running around like... crazy while other servers chatted with each other relaxed. She blamed kitchen for being slow but my filet came out nearly rawwhen I asked for medium and after I got sweet potato I had ordered it wasn?t edible it had so much cinnamon on it. Never gotbread either. Took 20 min to get our bill and it was put on our table as she raced by. We won?t be back and it?s been yearssince we went to an Outback and may avoid other Outback?s from now on if their quality has decreased so badly. Read more

We love Outback and this is the first time coming to this one and I wont go back. I have nothing against our waitress, she was... new so we understood how that works and she did the best she could, she was very nice and sweet. Idk what's wrong with thisrestaurant management but two more tablets complained also about issues with the food taste, service, speed of the orders, etc.In our case, the food took forever and was because they were running only one side of the burner (other broke), the food hadlots of seasoning, tasted okay, not great as other locations, my hubby is an Outback Margarita lover and he got something thatlooked like water with lime, the salt barely there, did not taste good, then they said they had Prime Rib and came twice sayingthey were out, also they charged us like 5 things that we did not order, they said that the previous table did not payeverything and rolled over to our bill, they had to fix it but took foreeeeever for that, we got a free desert tho :). I alsoneed to say that the ladies room needs maintenance, has three stalls, one had no toilet paper and the toilet seat was all messedup, the second one the door does not close and the handicap one, when you sit on the toilet, the gap is very visible and I couldsee when people walk in the bathroom so for sure they can see the person there. I really hate to write this but the past 3 times we were there for dinner it seems something was always amiss. We used to go to... the Stuart location once or twice a month. But we stopped frequent dining there when they changed how items were seasoned. Wehave been to Outback Steakhouse's all over the USA. The food has always been consistent and taste the same everywhere. TheStuart location has gone down hill slowly over the past 20 years. Tonight we sat in a booth that had crumbs all over the seatcushion. I had to ask for silverware setups. It took over five minutes after they brought the bread plate to get them. It tookforever to get our beverages. I ordered a baked potato with everything but salt. I ended up with a plain baked potato withnothing. Both salads had hardly any dressing on them. My Outback Special was ordered medium, only had a tiny pink color in thevery center and dry everywhere else. I ordered Dr. Pepper as a beverage. For the refills I was told "were out, pick somethingelse". My wifes prime rib was very fatty, undercooked and had more grizzle than it should have. It really was a bad experienceonce again. I was hoping the last three experiences were a fluke but not to be. However, the wait staff was very pleasant butunfortunately they seemed unorganized. It seemed like they were missing their leader /manager and they were just handlingproblems as they arose. We will go back, but it wont be for a while. They seem to do a much better job for lunch. The staff ismore attentive, the food is cooked as ordered. I can't ever remember their ever being an issue for lunch. Read more
