Been here three times in the past 2 years. This place is bad. I believe the workers and not well trained by their... leadership... Not clue how to cook (microwave) a croissant sandwich thoroughly. Obviously to me it is not trained. Pleasetrain your hourly staff so they can succeed. Read more
They are on point, get through the drive thru fast and I?ve never had a gross coffee!
They are friendly and fast. I always go in there in the morning around 7 and I never have had to wait mote that 5 min.
Ordered food and one of the bagels had one side cooked but it was burnt and the other half wasn?t even cooked. They didn?t give... us our coffee that we ordered at first. And when we took a sip of our coffee we realized that the sugar wasn?t even dissolved soI was drinking straight sugar. The donut I also ordered was just thrown in a bag and they didn?t even give it to us at firstalso it was a little stale. I also asked for extra cheese on my bacon egg and cheese croissant and they didn?t put it on there.Yesterday when I got the same thing they never put cheese on it which is why I asked for extra cheese today and they didn?t dothat. The tater tots we extremely soggy. It wasn?t the dashers fault, she was extremely nice and offered to go back to get ourorder fixed but I didn?t want to make it her fault when it?s the restaurant?s fault. Everything was great I was trying to tip them and they say the owners Policy Restrictions???? they are Not allow to take tips... seriously? You pay lower wages and they are not allow to take tips? Read more
This was a horrible experience, I had to wait more than 10 minutes because they were distracted, I had to walk to the back of... the shop to make them realize that we were there, bad service and to close off the story my daughter founded a bug in her donut,this place should be closed down Read more
Dunkin' Donuts is the only place to get Real Dunkin' Donuts. We went on the tour of the local factory where their made.... the... smell was beyond incredible. We were there for 2 hours and ate so many fresh donuts. Picked the em right off the coolingtray.....quality control is first rate. Read more
Update: Things are much better at this location. Crew is very friendly. Drive thru usually moves through at a good pace. No... issues with coffee. Lets bump up that star rating to 4. When the same crew works they are friendly and always get my orderright. Usually once I start my order they will finish it for me so it is nice that they remember me. Past two weeks the coffeeis not hot. It is barely luke warm. Sending off an email to corporate changed nothing. I do not know what the issue is butprices just went up and it looks like it might be time to head on over to Starbucks. Read more
