I mobile order here all the time for lunch, today I was baffled. I told this man in a pinkish shirt I wanted a tea instead of... lemonade and he told me ?it?s a mobile order? okay? But I wanted a tea. Instead of helping me fix such a silly mistake he gaveme attitude, and I had to pay for another drink. Have been using the new express lane since they opened it, and it is great. Throw in a mobile order, and once I get there they... put it together and I?m in and out of the line in only a few minutes. Only thing that can be improved is the fries, sometimesthe containers aren?t filled all the way, or they aren?t as hot as could be, but I know the lunch rush gets busy. Read more
This place used to be so incredibly fast which was one of my favorite things about going here. They added this new ?express?... Lane that no one uses so now the non express lane is super backed up and no longer quick. There must have been 40 cars in theregular lane and only saw 1 the entire time in the express. There were cars backed up in the parking lot behind chick Fila andcoming from US1. Have never seen it that bad before. Read more
